PowerRise® with Platinum™ Technology
Our PowerRise motorized lifting system allows you to easily raise or lower individual window shadings. To use, point the remote at the receiver eye (either built into the headrail or on a satellite eye) and press the UP or DOWN button to operate the window covering. Or select a group (or groups) of window coverings to move together, even in multiple rooms.
PowerGlide® with Platinum™ Technology
Our PowerGlide motorized lifting system allows you to open and close the sheers and rotate the fabric vanes of your Luminette® Privacy Sheers. To use the ‘point and press’ method, simply point the remote at the satellite eye and press the UP or DOWN button. Or select a group (or groups) of window coverings to move together, even in multiple rooms.
PowerTilt™ with Platinum™ Technology
The PowerTilt battery-powered system easily tilts slats open or closed. To use the ‘point and press’ method, simply point the remote at the satellite eye and press the UP or DOWN button to tilt the slats. Or select a group (or groups) of window coverings to tilt together, even in multiple rooms. The perfect solution for outfitting your home with motorized window blinds.
Platinum™ App
The Platinum App from Hunter Douglas works with interface componentry from Hunter Douglas and your Apple mobile device to allow you to control all PowerRise® 2.1 and PowerGlide® 2.1 motorized products over your wireless network. Control window fashions individually, by room, or throughout your home—the possibilities are limitless.
Platinum™ Solar Energy Sensor
During the heat of the day, the Hunter Douglas Platinum solar energy sensor detects solar energy entering the home through a window and sends out a wireless signal that automatically opens or closes window coverings to maximize energy efficiency in the room.
Platinum™ LCD Timer
The Hunter Douglas Platinum LCD timer can be set to automatically raise, lower, traverse or tilt a specific window covering or group of coverings at any time throughout the day.
Platinum™ RF Adapter
When the Hunter Douglas Platinum RF adapter senses that AC power from a standard outlet has been turned on or off, it sends out a signal to open or close a specific window covering or group of coverings accordingly. Used in conjunction with a switched outlet or simple off-the-shelf lamp timer, the RF Adapter is a cost-effective solution for automatic operation.
Hard-Wired
With our hard-wired technology, window coverings can be controlled via the elegant, contemporary-styled Platinum™ wall-switch with optional Platinum remote or through any home automation system.
Tilt-Only, Full Tilt and Traverse
Our motorized Tilt-Only technology is available with the PermAlign® and PermaTrak® Headrails to provide motorized vane rotation for window blinds. Two vertical blind motorization options include an infrared remote control unit, or a table or wall mountable switch unit.
Our Full Tilt and Traverse motorization for vertical blinds is available with switch control, remote control or a combination of both. The full tilt and traverse system is available with the Specialty Systems headrail.
